RJ Marshall is the Senior pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Center in Grand Rapids, MI. He is a charismatic servant leader who functions as a man of Faith, Family and Focus.
In addition to pastoring, RJ is a published author and entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Rory Marshall Innovations, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in personal and ministry development, and founder of Innovative Literacy Solutions, a non for profit organization that empowers individuals through literacy.
In 2007 RJ received his BA in International and Community Development from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Ok and also minored in Pastoral Care. With a greater desire to impact the lives of his peers, RJ continued his educational pursuits and received his MA in Urban Christian Ministries from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.
A family man above all, Pastor Marshall shares his calling and covenant with his beautiful wife Kristan Lauren. Together they share in the joy of raising two beautiful daughters McKenzie and Zuri Marshall. RJ is committed to the call of Christ on his life and how he has been called to impact others.
