RJ MARSHALL
A visionary leader with a heart for people and a passion for purpose, RJ Marshall serves as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Center in Grand Rapids, MI. Known for his charismatic teaching and servant leadership, Pastor RJ embodies faith, family, and focus while empowering others to live fully in Christ.
Beyond the pulpit, RJ is a published author and entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Rory Marshall Innovations, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in personal and ministry development, and the founder of Innovative Literacy Solutions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through literacy and education.
A proud graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in International and Community Development and a minor in Pastoral Care, RJ went on to earn his Master’s in Urban Christian Ministries from Trinity International University. His academic foundation fuels his passion for equipping leaders and building communities that thrive in faith and purpose.
At the core of it all, RJ is a devoted husband and father. He shares his calling and covenant with his wife, Kristan Lauren, and together they take joy in raising their two daughters, McKenzie and Zuri. Driven by the call of Christ, Pastor RJ remains steadfast in his mission to impact lives, strengthen families, and help others discover their purpose.
